Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing information necessary to provide our services.
Image Data
When you submit images for analysis, we process the image data to perform our forensic analysis. By default, images are processed in memory and not stored after analysis completes. If you opt into report retention, images may be stored temporarily to generate audit documentation.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you use our API, including request timestamps, endpoints accessed, and response metadata. This helps us improve our service and debug issues.

Data Retention
Images: By default, images are not retained after analysis. If you enable report retention, images are stored for the retention period you specify (default 30 days) and then permanently deleted.
Analysis Results: Analysis metadata (without source images) is retained for 90 days by default to support audit and compliance requirements.
Account Data: Account information is retained for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal requirements.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments.
